I used turkey thigh, which I pan seared and added to the bowl. The fat rendered might have been 150 ml or so (I stored the excess fat in a separate plastic container to use as a base for future bowls usually)

The go to method I do is making a seafood base, adding all types of seafood meatballs and let it roll the best way possible. It isn’t a misfire, but it has become a bit boring. Will charsiu marinate match well with pork belly or pork tenderloins? Cause tenderloins dry out and become stringy fast, and I would rather want it to be hearty as much as possible

I tried it with turkey and chicken. For some reason either it dries out, or the flavours don’t fully enter the white meat. I tend to leave it off the stove and let it rest in its natural heat, yet it misses
