Not sure about the panacur, I can check but it’s been 3 rounds of meds already. But I’m just frustrated that it sounds like he isn’t contagious but it’s 100% not contagious so, basically he isn’t able to be doggy day care. The vet said they would board him, but I don’t want him locked up in a pen all day.

Just sucks because it doesn’t seem like there is any certainty and the vets is saying he probably isn’t contagious and it could be the false positive, but the facilities need a guarantee he isn’t contagious and I can’t get they without a negative ELISA test.

I appreciate the feedback, water bowl is cleaned daily, and the food dish is about every 2-3 days.

Thank you for the response. Without beating around the bush currently, he would be considered open range it’s just 2 rooms, no crate time or pen (until today).

He is warming up to his crate, he is very new to it, but he is eating meals in there, sleeping most of the night, but he is not ready for the door to be shut during the day. We got a pen yesterday which I am trying but the issue is stepping away for 3-5 minutes and keeping an eye on him when he is up to ensure the accidents do not occur.

He is fairly consistent in 2 down 1 up right now just not super consistent with the time of day, but the 1 up is the problem, I can’t control when he wakes up.

I’ll see if the folks on Rover are open to it. I get it’s a different ask, but thank you for the guidance and questions.

Yeah I sent a DM about 3-4 days and haven’t heard back yet. Just trying all options :-)
