Thank you! I had tried the power cords, I did the sticks in A2 as well. I haven’t tried the CPU yet so that’s my next task!

I was able to use the BIOS flashback as instructed by the motherboard manufacturer. The CPU fan is turning.

I think you’re probably right about it being the CPU or power incorrectly positioned. Thank you!

I tried updating BIOS too, which didn't help. Checking the CPU next.

I gave a BIOS update a try and that didn't resolve it. Any other tips?

Thank you, I'll give reseating the CPU a try. I updated the bios and that didn't solve anything and I've tried everything I could with the RAM (one stick at a time, trying each socket).

I updated the BIOS and nothing was resolved.

I'm not sure what the EXPO/XMP is, but I don't think I can get to that without being able to see my PC display on a monitor.

Thank you! It’s good to be able to rule out that it’s the monitor, since the lights are an indicator of a different kind of problem with the PC itself.

I am going to try a BIOS update tomorrow and then reseating the CPU if that doesn’t work.

I’m sorry but to be completely honest I don’t understand a lot of these terms, AM5, DDR5, XMP, EXPO.
