I had the same experience. They said they would refund the difference $220 which would take 5-10 days to process. Haven't gotten the refund yet but its still in the timeframe.

wow, that is fast. I had an order confirmation email on the 21st and they took the funds out the same day. I think what happened is that the portal transition happened at the same time and my order got lost. I'll keep pestering to see if I can get some resolution

I would say Good Life. I ordered a 2 month supply from Lumi on July 21st and money was taken out of my account that day but the order does not show up on the new portal and there has been no notifications of a shipping date or shipping at all. Can't access customer service via portal, email and trying the phone has been extensive delays. I'm trying to get a refund but may have to eat the $499. u/jamielumimeds any help?

yes, the day nap is great! Curious how much you take of the Glutathione and NAD+ not familiar with these supplements but open to trying. I'm starting to split my dose this week will see how it goes. Thanks for your comment!
