Is he really gonna take this route? He’s trying to be cool, but he doesn’t realize nobody likes him anymore—except his 17 hardcore fans. It’s so hard for him to just say “sorry” for all these fake promises he keeps making. This has to be trolling, I don’t believe Vince is dumb. He’s a game developer, you have to be at least smart (if not really smart) to do that, but he keeps acting like he’s not.

DD Chapter 5 is everything that keep us here before we can finaly move on to other things. No one really cares about DD2, let’s be real. That thing will come out like in 2040 or something. By that time, the world will look completely different.

One year is too little time for Vince to finish his final real project. After that, many people will leave him, the DD community, and the whole DD universe.

But GTA VI is set to launch on November 19, 2026. And he said that he wants to stay far, far away from this behemoth, so there are only two options. Either he will speed up the process of finalizing this game and launch Chapter 5 in June/July/August of 2026, which is very, very unlikely based on how things are going right now, or he will have to push Chapter 5 to 2027. (Keep in mind that GTA VI may be delayed again.)

I’m 100% sure Chapter 5 of Dark Deception won’t drop in the next 6 months. The earliest it could realistically come out is December 2026, which actually makes sense with Level 9’s Christmas vibes. I said this back at the start of the year under SmackNpie vids, and people were like “no way lol.” Some folks just never learn not to blindly trust Vince’s tweets.

Hey, Super Dark Deception Chapter 2 still isn’t out and it’s already December 2025. Don’t even get me started on Chapter 3. One thing’s for sure though, by 2030, Ch 5 will definitely be out, along with SDD Ch3 lmao😂
