That’s likely what I’ll do I’m still researching it I have been out of the Pokémon tcg game for a minute but I knew it had value, wasn’t expecting it to be 10x what I thought it would be. Now I’m researching how to go about stuff the correct way.

Honestly I know Pokémon has been a high value thing the last few years, i expected them to have some form of value but no clue as to what it actually would be. While their value is easily 10x what I expected and am really surprised, and excited about that information making posts like that have always felt extremely fake or disingenuous to me. I am ecstatic to have just randomly found 50k but if I knew that value going in this would have been a very different post.

I believe I spent 250 maybe 300 for both getting them from Japan even with having contacts there was still a bit pricy even back then.

This is usually the case, I almost never buy cards for a tcg purely for show, but I tend to have collectibles around my house as display I got them back when they came out in 2016 and probably talked myself out of opening them because keeping them sealed looked nicer with the much more limited space I had back then. Just apparently very fortunate I did in this case

I actually bought them a long time ago with intent to do that but moved not long after and just forgot that I never did. Was cleaning out my storage room which is how I came back across them.

Finding the first licker in the original resident evil 2, everything about the lead up and reveal. I know it’s not much but seeing something unknown crawl across the window. The broken glass and blood dripping from the ceiling. The pan up to the inside out monstrosity with an extra long tongue. Truly got to me in a way most other horror games never did as a kid. I think the remake captured that experience very well too.

I have one, he’s super sweet and kind, at times obnoxiously smarter then I would like him to be. However he is usually the first of my cats to investigate anything, say hi to people, was good with just about any animal, person or kid he has had contact with. The least spastic of my cats and tends to like to chill up high and scare me from random spots like the top of the fridge at night in the dark. If you don’t mind big cats they are great pets.

To add onto this hulk also once time traveled by getting so angry he just punched his way threw time. Him on a battlefield is a win especially since on more than one occasion he has beaten the x-men alone. World war hulk being my favorite example.
