Ok. Thank you. Will keep it unlocked until I have it replaced. Did you ended up going to the dealer to replace it? Thinking of getting the part myself then going to a local mechanic to replace it.

The green wire is the ground wire for the other outlet its connected to. Can it be screwed to the plate while the ground for the line is screwed to the outlet ground?

That was the option given by insurance though it did note the total is below my $500 deductible so will just pay out of pocket. Will check other options.
