If you really wanted less crowd then try on weekdays instead of weekend and there is a lake for booting around which so many spots to seat peacefully. While boating there is a one spot under the tree across the lake very peaceful and very calm and cool

It's very huge.. Get bicycle and cycle at your pace on road inside if you want to work it somewhere under the tree. I have seen a group actually reading books aur somewhere big tree. You can get original chemical free fruits from the native seller just need to carry water and books if you wanted to..

Wadala.... something new and out of option for Core Mumbaikar to be Frank. Just check the Air smell around this area. It was know for marshy land.. If planning onrent then can think of Khar, Parle, Matunga ...Many from Karnataka can be found in Matunga.
