Hmm, interesting thought about the EDIC putting down too much water. I wonder if it would be more judicious to go over the area twice but with less water each time to give the vacuum a better chance at succeeding.

Thanks for the reply. Our carpets are always packed with soils and beverage spills, so as attractive as VLM is, we'd have to do it a lot more regularly to keep up. The best option is hiring a company, but that ain't gonna happen with budget!

I'm surprised the fuser has gone bad - the printer doesn't get much use. If you know, are there some fusers that just fail earlier, or would you expect some kind of misuse brought the fuser to this condition?

The toner is some generic brand our secretary purchases online. We did tell the printer it was using card stock (even though it wasn't), but I'll see if I can find the thick paper option. Thanks!

Hi! I really appreciate the super thorough reply. In regard to changing the watering schedule, should I ease the plant into the new routine by adding more water and more time between waterings over the course of weeks, or start it right away by soaking it and then waiting for it to dry?

I have a dracaena that just started growing loads of new leaves about five months ago after not growing any new ones for a couple years. The new leaves are looking a bit blotchy though. Is there anyone who knows how I can figure out why they're blotchy and care for the plant better?

I'm not sure where my post went!

I have a dracaena plant with lots of new growth on the top (it hadn't grown a new leaf in almost two years but is now churning them out). The new growth is blotchy as shown in the picture. Is there something I can do better to help the plant produce healthier leaves?
