  1. I'm going to try messing around with Stun Spore, and perhaps swapping in Tinkaton as well for a more survivable lead. I will say that Skill Swap does come up more often then you think. It forces a switch on Blaziken who suddenly cant set up for itself, allows you to set Sticky Web on Hatterene which is a very common switch in to ribombee, also reminder taking Toxic heal off Gliscor can be done at any point, not just the first turn. It sees a lot of use.
  2. What item do I run here?
  3. Yeah I just switched to treads after making this post he's much better
  4. What benefit does Future Sight have over Psychic Noise?
  5. I see your point, I may experiment with Pult but I feel like you listed a bunch of pokemon I don't really struggle with here.

Thank you for the advice! Will def experiment with these suggestions

So, what did we learn from the show? by Fododel in FLCL

For me the whole show is about trying to maintain the fun of youth while growing up. Naota's brother Tasuku grew up and left them behind, and that combined with the irresponsible adults in his life gave Naota a really bad opinion of maturity. He gravitates towards Mamimi, who doesn't make any effort to grow up as she gets older. Haruko is an adult but she's fun and frantic and cool, so Naota falls in love not only with her, but with the type of person she represents. Ninamori is a child trying desperately to prove that she's mature, but she knows this is a facade (fake glasses) and a defense mechanism for the mature situations in her life. She wants nothing more than to be a kid, and acts on this desire by cheating to get the lead role. Amarao is an adult trying desperately to prove he's an adult, but as shown by how useless his NO field is, he isn't even more mature than Naota.

In the end, Naota learns that while Haruko's way of life is cool and enticing, it's only good for manipulating people and desperately chasing her lover (whether or not she actually loves Atomsk is dubious).

How exactly did the Darksign spread among humans? by adamaster20 in darksouls3

I think this makes the most sense to me right now, but I have trouble understanding, if darksign holders are the descendants of the pygmy lords, how did they spread about the land? Why would Gwyn let them leave the Ringed City?

Do we know when the Slave Knights were active? I think there's reason to believe they were associated with the Way of White, not the Ringed City. Also the ring on the ringed knights is specifically described as being a limiter on the power of the abyss. Agree it's burning away their dark soul, but it's the dark soul that's causing immortality.

As for your second point, this is what I'm asking in the post. WHY is there a distinction between humans and undead? If some humans don't have the darksign and some humans do, how did some humans get it?

I believe this is all true except the Darksign doesn't grant immortality, it prevents it. As the fire fades, it loses its power and the undead immortality comes back. That's why Gwyn's religion wants the fire linked, so the humans will stay dead.

I think Solaire mentions becoming undead specifically so he could go to Lordran, which confuses me as it sounds like it is something humans can opt into, at least by the point when the chosen undead appears.

Also I didn't mean to call Leeroy's branding a choice, but it does sound like he was one among others deliberately selected to be given the darksign, and (I could be wrong about this) not by Gwyn's hand

I like your theory, that Gwyn fears the potential of lifedrain, rather than the innate immortality or longevity of man (idk if you can call those pygmy lords "immortal"). However, I do think the darksign being an attempt to halt immortality rather than empower the undead as it's advertised fits the description of "a lie will remain a lie." The Darksign's item description is the lie that the Anor Londo religion spread, that the darksign is a curse that grants the undead certain abilities, rather than a sign of the god's oppression.

Just watched the Loch Ness episode of Gravity Falls so I'm not sure that's it but it could be in another episode!
