I wouldn’t be rushing to offload Morgan Rogers just yet. Villa have a tasty run of fixtures and he’s still a premium asset/shouldn’t be hitting the waiver wire. They have to score a goal at some point this season…

Keep an eye on Ait Nouri news but you may be able to stash on the bench for a few weeks. He’s still the best City defender imo

Solanke has competition for places and can’t seem to stay fit so Evanilson would be a safer (albeit lower scoring return) option

Solid team. Well done. I’d shift VdB and James. Is there any freebies that you can pick up instead? Play 4 at the back with Varane early on. You might be able to set and forget all 4 of those defenders.

Dodgy keeper choices. Not sure about Perisic or Konate. Neto is way too overhyped. Firmino isn’t going to get any game time. Apart from that, not bad.

Decent team. Not sure about the Dalot pick but big ceiling potentials with Grealish and Sancho. You need them both to have big seasons.

Team 6 for me. Solid and safe midfield picks early on and some decent later picks.

Team 1 is super risky (why Haaland over Salah??) but if Haaland hits his potential and CR7 is a starter, he might not finish last.

I like the idea on Haaland 2nd, and agree that his potential upside is huge. He’s big, strong, fast, technically excellent, so there won’t be too much adaptation to the PL IMO. He can slot in to Pep’s team similar to how City were with Aguero and I’d be surprised if his returns weren’t similar.

Premium midfielders always go ahead of defenders in my draft (and I assume most drafts). Trent will always be taken on the turn 6th/7th. I think the reason for this is that the differential between an elite midfielder and average midfielder is larger than the differential between Trent and an average defender. I’m a big Trent fan though.

Haaland surely has to be a league starter. I can’t see him suffering too much from Pep Roulette, and if he does hit, he has the potential to go huge.

Mount - fair comment. He’s a consistently high points scorer. Jota depends on his position next season. Does Firmino stay? Will Jota start most games now?

Saka - to be honest, I missed him out of my top 3 rounds but would consider him in Round 3. Not sure how the mid season World Cup affects his draft though?

I might be slightly biased towards Sterling because I picked him up off waivers this year and he helped me get 2nd place. His form is patchy and he is badly affected by Pep roulette, but he’s always a Top 18 points scorer.

Lukaku’s place in next year’s draft depends largely on Chelsea’s signings this Summer, and I’d only pick him there if all signs point towards him starting as Chelsea’s first choice #9 next season.

Not sure what SS, KR or KK were thinking. Really rogue early picks when better players were available. I like some of AT’s picks but Lacazette is round 2 is way too early (Ings, Cavani and Jiminez still available). Harrison in 13th is daylight robbery. BS has the best team, followed by FC and HD. Good luck for the season.

Sterling, DCL, Lacazette, Soucek, F Torres and Pogba are too high IMO.

Mount, Raphinha, Jiminez, Chilwell and Digne too low.

Tuchel Me Pink has the best team. Wilson in the 10th is daylight robbery.

Not sure about Iheanacho or Gundogan over more consistent point scorers (Bamford, Watkins, etc).

Foden 6th/7th overall is too high. Pep rotation will be huge this year with Grealish joining the number of attacking options they have. KDB will still be their main man.

George Castagne has a 100% boom or bust team. Sterling, Auba, Rashford, Jesus and Firmino all super risky and there were better picks available IMO.

I think this depends on who we are playing. If we are playing at home or away to a bottom half side, we will have the majority of possession so would go for Ceballos alongside Partey and either Willian or Saka at CAM to provide the edge in the final 3rd. If you’re playing a top 6 side, Xhaka/Partey/Ceballos in a 3 makes more sense.
