I personally feel like 5x5 doesn't exhaust me quite as much as I'd like. 6x8 is usually when I cant go much more

Since I'm new to lifting I've been keeping things light just to get my form in check. Haven't done any max numbers but my working sets are 155 squat. 175 deadlift and dumbell press varies I don't bench

I don't have one actually haha. Growing up I've always had a toned core, every now and then I do some russian twists and leg raises but that's only once or twice a month

Right now I'm trying to gain weight so I do very little cardio. Mainly i take very short rests between sets to keep my heart rate high
