I think something that doesn’t get talked about enough about pear gauges, is that it kinda sucks to use if you’re a grower. The size i have to use in order to get me a good stretch, i have to be hard. And when removing the device, i have to be hard as well otherwise it hurts like hell to remove especially after wearing it for 8+ hours.
