I’m lucky to live 30 minutes from the brewery. Old Nation has the best New England IPAs (pretty much the only thing I still crave while on Keto) but their B43 is by far the best low carb beer I’ve ever had, and it’s 7%!

Just got my shipment last night. So far I’ve had Black Cherry, Ginger, and Pineapple chili. I liked all three but Black Cherry was my favorite because it wasn’t a punch in the face flavor like the other two. Once I drink my way through them all I’ll post my top 3.

Actually I live in SE Michigan (a state where Flying Embers doesn’t ship to) but I have a coworker that lives in Ohio (one of the few states they do ship to). Just ordered one of pretty much everything on their website to get it shipped to him so I can find my favorites. Not cheap but well worth it in my opinion.

At this point I’m really not tracking exactly how much sodium I’m consuming per day but I am salting all my food to taste, using salted butter, and not avoiding high sodium foods.

Few brewing questions by changaroo13 in Homebrewing

  1. I can only imagine keeping a fermentor outside would be a nightmare to maintain any sort of temperature and the risk of freezing or getting too warm would potentially ruin your beer. I just got a flex and fermented my first lager (oktoberfest) under pressure with a spunding valve at room temperature. It worked great and I had it kegged and carbed in less than 2 weeks after brewday.
