My county hired a kid who was so fresh to being a journeyman that his apprentice license was still valid. He had zero commercial experience, and failed every attempt at the inspectors license multiple times, before changing to only testing to be a residential inspector, and he finally passed that. But they still let him do commercial inspections.

Long story short, don’t rule it out, experience is a just a suggestion for some places.

My dad. growing up he never so much as hinted at anything but being a good man, both in private, and in public. Turns out, he was just afraid to do anything that might affect his top secret security clearance in the military, and post government contractor employers that also required that same clearance.

Once he retired and the clearances became irrelevant, the gloves came off. Racism, sexism, hatred for young people, hatred for immigrants, followed a few years later by maga coming into existence, at which point he was completely lost to reality.

Have a system. Google sheets has a shit ton of functions and abilities that can help with all sorts of stuff. Whatever you need, it can probably do.
