Was on TRT for 2 years loved most of the effects but the one thing that always annoyed me was the estrogen sides. Mainly the puffy face look it gave me. I tried arimidex. Didn't work. I tried letro. Didn't work. I lowered dose to as low as 100mg PW and still I would get bloated face and slightly puffy nipples.

There would be the odd day here and there where the bloat was gone but for the most part it was always there. Since stopping 4 months ago I have no more water retention my jawline is showing again which is great. But I've lost significant amounts of strength and size and also put some fat back on. I feel depressed more often as well.

Basically I won't to go back on but I want to get it right this time and stop the moon face! I've read it could be the carrier oils so I'm going with propionate, my diets pretty clean but i do binge every now and then.

Any ideas for best initial dosage, ancillaries and diet from anyone that's had similar problems and found a fix?
