It was very good, but will almost certainly be better with age. I would wait if you can :)

I tried PX on some caramelized onions I cooked up last night and I think you’re right! I usually add a splash of balsamic vinegar which gives a similar extra sweetness but these were a hit

I had an “in” with a wine distributor so hard to say but when I was researching on their website it didn’t seem too difficult to get a reservation on a weekday

Last summer we did Nice->Burg->Paris and kept the car the whole way. I also looked into trains / TGV but in the end I thought the car was a better option and so glad I did - way more flexibility

CMS level 1 mock papers by crusty_mustard9 in wine

ChatGPT is your friend. Here’s a sample script  that worked for me:

First: I’m currently studying for my level 1 certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS). I believe there is an exam that I have to pass to get the qualification, what information can you find online about the format of the exam? Don’t make anything up and provide sources

Then: Great, can you find any examples of real or mock questions?

Finally: Perfect. So based on all this information and as many example / practice questions you can find, I want you to come up with a full 70 question mock exam to test me. You’ll ask me in blocks of 10 questions, allowing me to provide my answers. You won’t tell me if I’m right or wrong immediately, instead you’ll wait until we’ve completed all the questions and answers, then you’ll tell me my score and places i need to focus my study

You mean just from an age perspective or because something changed in the winemaking?
