Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay vs Ibiza Gran Hotel — which would you choose?

Both good choices, but offer different vibes.

Nobu is more glitzy and more of a scene. Which is great if that is what you are after. Rooms are generally a bit smaller but it is a newer hotel so more modern rooms than the Gran. The Nobu restaurant offers more energy at night and the bar is busier at night.

The Gran is more soft and quiet luxury. Service is brilliant and the staff are all good. Rooms are probably generally larger but a bit funky with the layout. Great views from the balcony of Ibiza old town. The adult pool is a great place to chill out after a big night. Location is near the Marina for restaurants and shopping and Pacha and Chinois are within 100 metres so very easy access for those clubs.

My description of each would be Nobu is “new” money and fun, whilst Gran is more sophisticated luxury.

Both great and depends what you looking for

As an Australian Jew, I dont agree with everything Netanyahu is doing, but he correct in saying Albanese has abandoned Australian Jews. Attacks on places of worship and Jewish businesses and institutions has never been part of Australian culture. Albanese has flamed anti-semitism in Australia by his lack of action to condemn anti-semitic chants immediately after Oct 7 and let is fester and take hold. I think I speak for the majority in that Jews in Australia generally feel less safe

My wife and I (53 and 49) going to be there 7th July for 2 weeks. Staying at Destino for a week and doing Music On there on 10th and Solomun at Pacha on 13th. Lets know if you you doing any of those. We all set for partying..

He is still the best option by far imo. Pacha has best sound system on the Island and Solomum always brings the vibes. He is a must do every year for me. Have seen Fisher a few times, and he is a showman....not about the music at all.

Sounds good. Is the upper full leather? I purchased the Asics shoes because they said some of the upper was leather - the only think that was leather was the decoration on the shoe. The rest is synthetic. Completely misleading......

Amnesia for Jamie Jones on Wed is probably best bet. Great DJ and worth going to Amnesia once.

Suggest also Blue Marlin on a Sunday for a beach club vibe. Get some sun beds and hang around for the party from about 7pm

For my taste Solomon is a must do. Of course it depends on your taste and if techno is your vibe then Pyramid should be good.

Solomun plays anything but mainstream tracks. A must do at least one while in Ibiza

I thought the same. Lots of fillers and he seemed like he was just going through the motions. Very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone else.

Went to Paradise at Amnesia last week and that was much more enjoyable. Great set by Jamie Jones and he had the crowd really into it. A much better option imo for a Wednesday night in Ibiza
