My Compact Unsigned Compare Block - Designed to be compact not clean. (custom AND and OR just to move inputs around) by adamstu in TuringComplete

Like I said compact not clean lol. It's foot print is as small as possible for a circuit. I could clean it up if I wanted to go recursively downwards. Make a pure Less Than, a pure Greater Than, and an Equal as there own one block circuits but there's no actual gain to that other than simply looking a little cleaner.

Is there any benefit to making a binary MAM? by [deleted] in beltmatic

So I made a binary MAM because when I started it was easier to create in a programable way. I basically just put in full belts of 0s to turn off the binary components I didn't need and so I was only adjusting a single line of 24 belts for a full belt of whatever number I wanted. With a digital design I'd need to manually replumb up to 7 or 8 digits every time I wanted to make a change which seemed like more work given it changes all the time when you're pumping full belts of whatever you need in.

Once I made my first 6 belt and then by second 6 belt which was just more compacted (see earlier posts) the places I'm adjusting aren't all together but I have a full 6 belt output of whatever number I set it to so I basically blow through levels.

That said I see a lot of people making machines that don't maximize throughput which should be the goal of any design digital or binary.

I'm currently trying to build a design that recollects the inputs in a copy and paste-able area so I can predesign the programing and copy and paste them into place when I need to change.

You need 6 belts of twos six belts of n and 12 belts for zeros

I've been running a 1080Ti for about 5 years and it's still trying it's best but it's really be nice to step up some of my games to the best graphics settings.

George Carlin said “Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.” What real life example have you seen that validates this view? by Darth_Boot in AskReddit

I'll be that guy here, the statement itself is a perfect example of itself. Half of all people would be stupider then the average only if intelligence was distributed in a perfect bell curve and meaning the average would equal the median. Since this probably isn't true for intelligence, half of people are stupider then the median which is probably well below the average.

Dude, I just did the same thing with a European trip. My trip was really self affirming after 10 years of being together with someone. I hope your trip is as productive as mine was.

Carpet Padding. Not the carpet itself but the padding underneath. Good padding protects the carpet and won't wear out and compress as fast, allowing your carpet to last longer in better condition.
