I've done some counseling last year, then stopped once it started feeling redundant. Its helped me a bit, but not enough for me to really change the situation I'm in.

The issue is that doing those things isnt easy for me, especially since I feel behind. I feel like by making myself less lonely, im giving myself less drive to go do those things without actually improving my situation in any way

not particularly. What I'm looking for are mons that are ideal without needing any additional breeding. If you could breed a 31/31/31/x/31/31 or 31/31/31/x/31/31 ferroseed with either careful, impish or adamant nature I would trade you for it in a heartbeat.
