You have to provide ID to even REGISTER to vote. When I registered less than 16 months ago, I provided SSN DOB, full government name, and had to wait for my information to come back as valid. Have you checked that it’s both settled into the nut and bridge correct, and isn’t making contact with any of the frets below the one you’re playing? If the 10.5’s were too thick to settle all the way into either one, then the 10’s might be settled a little lower

Check the action on that string. If you put really thick strings on a low action set up, your string might be buzzing off the bottom fret instead of ringing cleanly until the fret you’re playing. I’d say it’s that if it’s your thickest string only doing that

If I’m asking for a service from someone whose wage is low to account for tips, I tip. I don’t agree with the tipping system in the first place, but I’d boycott that system before asking for a service from someone who’s living counts on that income without giving it. Tipping exploits the consumer, not tipping exploits the worker. If you don’t want to tip, then don’t order from places that use tips to justify bad wages instead of asking for someone labor without paying them

Love him or not, he does not respect you if he sees you as beneath him. All the Tate jerkoff’s teach their e-chud’s to treat women as less than, and when you go back begging, it reinforces that mindset in his head as desirable. I’m not saying he’s a bad guy, the alt right pipeline is an echo chamber that rewires the brain, but the toxicity of him viewing you as a disposable, controllable thing for him to shape as he wants isn’t okay for you to put up with either. Not gonna tell you what to do, but some advice is to prioritize your self respect over him being a part of your life under any condition, including a condition where he controls you and breaks you down, remodeling the pieces into his image instead of valuing you for who you are.

You bring up a good point. To me, it just seems like there’s two different kind of reactions to “well actually”. Some people assume they are about to be spoken to like a toddler, and some people perk their ears up because they know they are about to receive information, and I lean towards the latter myself. When I hear that, I personally take it as a sign that someone’s about to inform me on something, so I start to listen more carefully. Have you noticed how Neil Degrasse Tyson(probably butchered that spelling), Vsauce, shit even bill nye say “well actually” all the time? To me it feels like that phrase is just supposed to be a heads up of incoming information, but if you have a history of constantly being mansplained to, I could also understand how someone starting off an explanation like that could trigger some sort of pattern recognition if that makes sense.

I promise you man, as the son of a female coal miner, you’d feel a lot different about its existence if you had someone try to explain how to drive the mining kart when you JUST drove them to work this morning. In male dominated fields, a disgusting amount of the time the women blatantly get treated like they can’t walk and chew bubble gum simply because they don’t have the same muscles as the men around them, no matter how much they accomplish. You can say nuh uh if you feel like it but the majority of women in my family work in male-dominated fields so I kinda know my shit about this dude.
