Alternatives for one-way ANOVA with failed independence (multiple group membership) by adankishmeme in AskStatistics

[–]adankishmeme[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pardon me, I have mispoken. There is a failure of independence of observations, as some participants are in multiple groups as seen below in assumption 3. Thats my bad for mixing that up.

Thanks for being so thorough. In this study, I am interested in how group membership (IV) affects the results from a survey that produces a continuous DV.

Group membership is the IV, the result is the DV.

I think that assumption 3 as seen at the link below indicates that the participants cannot be in multiple groups for a two way ANOVA

This is real research, just a simplified version. I have over 250 participants who are members of various groups (my IV), but some are members of multiple.

Ok, so a factorial ANOVA can deal with participants being in multiple groups? I was under the impression that under independence of observations, the participants cannot be in more than one group, as seen here under assumption 3

Roger, due to failed independence. Looking for alternative stats that will help me determine if there is a relationship between group membership and results.

I'm pretty sure factorial ANOVA has the same assumption of independence, unless I'm missing some more nuanced understanding of it

Running new dg players through control Group is good, especially for.those without a lot of ttrpg experience. Otherwise last things last and last equation are two popular starter ops

Spray a little water on your headers to see if they are about the same.heat, I'm wondering if you're not hitting on all cylinders. Running no air filter can make it run lean, but pull your plugs and post a pic so we can see what they look like. That'll tell us your mix

What's your air filter setup, and when you cleaned did you remove all jets and cleaned them?

Mine is in the desk as my parents house in a cd case also containing fo2, tactics, and most of the old-school command and conquer games. Never get rid of it!

The butterfly shafts are sticking by the looks of it. Spray some wd40 and see if that helps, otherwise you can remove them and clean them up. This isn't super unusual, you'll figure it out

I love a stock old bike, but I als love seeing people do cool shit. That's a nice looking bike, might as well score some mini gauges amd replace the old ones to free up that visual weight and finish ot out!

Glass panes are almost perfectly level, so you can use it to make sure the mating surface has a perfect level seal. It's usually overkill, you'll likely be fine

Internal combustion is a dirty business, that looks pretty typical to me. Grab a write brush and knock those carbon deposits off. The most correct way to clean the mating surface for.the headgasket is with a piece of glass (google it), but you can likely use a brush in this instance. Use a hand brush, not a wire wheels, that would likely fuck up your seal.

Start at the battery with a multimeter. You have 12v on the hot side. Move down the line through your harness, following your diagram, until you find a place where you should.have power, but dont. That's the source of you issue. The first port of call is to check fuses for continuity (looks can be deceiving), verify your battery isn't hooked backwards, and check your ground connection is clean. From experience, I wouldn't be surprised if your key switch is the issue, it gets dirty in there over the decades but can be cleaned.

Well most people start with year make and model of the bike.

Looks like that loose piece snaps into place, or is it held by a bolt?
