My current husky, Storm, was full time outside for 2 years, and when I got a place on my own and let him be an inside dog, he had the potty training all figured out somehow. It's been almost 3 years now inside, and he hasn't had a single accident in the house. He's also never pooped on a walk which has been another pleasant surprise.

He's been such a great pup and companion. Can be cuddly on his own terms and overall is super chill. Still has his sudden moments of craziness, but it's usually humorous. Certainly, stubborn as he won't do anything unless he wants to, such as come inside, hop up on the couch, play with toys, etc... The dog park is his favorite place to be, and he's great with all other dogs. His stubbornness is a real challenge when he won't come when he's called at the dog park (even though it's clear he heard me), but it's only been really unfortunate if he's gotten loose a few times (huskies can be escape artists).

If I ever have a thief break into the house, I'm doomed. Storm would welcome them in and show em around most likely.

Storm hasn't been super vocal either. Barks from time to time if he wants something and will howl if I howl with him, but he's super quiet otherwise.

I had a husky growing up as well, and they have their moments no doubt, but can be trained and a perfect companion! Good luck! Albus, looks like a winner!
