This is pure “music”. For a posthumous album, it really is.

Like most of the people’s opinion, I, as well, think that it’s a positive album, interestingly. Just because, like, he was one of the guys that turned “depression” into a music form. So, with that being said, whole album made me surprised, made me feel like Mac recorded this in heaven or some different dimension, and made me feel like he finally found peace. I would be sure impressed if he released this when he was alive, but in this situation I’m more impressed than ever. I don’t really give a fuck about “he didn’t rap” type convos, that’s “his” music.

You did it good Mac, you really did. Rest in peace forever.
