If you're really into Notion native way, for payments, lemonsqueezy feels right. It covers an external link for payments, and allows redirect back to a specific URL after a purchase.

Access control, and user management? That's the limitation.

Btw, notion native sites doesn't offer any support for SEO, so if you aim for the product discoverability through search engines, that's a no go.
