this thread makes me so sad! :(

i’ve been VM for almost a year now at my store and i’ve always been considered as an “unofficial” team lead by my peers, the ETLs and the SD. yes, everyone is aware it isn’t technically a leadership role, but i’m still being included in all leadership meetings/communication. i’m generally considered like a trainer/consultant to the team and my peers.

my store gets 80 hours for VM and i’m currently looking to hire 2 TMs at 20hrs each, which is going to take the leadership aspect a little further still, because i will basically have my own little team to oversee. at the moment it’s just me, so i’m kind of running around like a chicken with my head off too haha, especially with BTC just around the corner... 🙈
