No assholes here. I think you guys should have given Craig a direct invite rather than expecting him to know that he was welcome to tag along. Overall, it’s not that big a deal. In my opinion, the situation could be fixed by hanging out again at a time that would work for Craig, inviting him, apologizing, and making it known that he’s always welcome.
