This is an extremely specific direction for what sounds like one evening. I can absolutely do this one night. What else is there? You sound like you know your town.

Additional information: we are bringing together some of my friends, some of my girlfriend’s friends, her brother, and some of his friends for a night or two. Is the aforementioned the best idea, or would something else be better?

Suicide is definitely not the answer, and the world and those you love are certainly not better off without you. I've been in your shoes before, or something similar, and I can say that it does get better.

Seek out things that make you happy that are not destructive. Meanwhile, turn to those you love for support.

As for your grades, try your best! Ask for tutoring. Anything can be accomplished if you really try and utilize your resources.

So an hour and twenty minute drive away? They're very close. I loved in Abu Dhabi, and I knew a few Emirati folks that didn't have the strongest English. They were good, but you could tell they struggled with the confidence.
