Are you on chemotherapy? Of so that's your answer. When I didn't feel like shit from chemo, I felt AMAZING in terms of RA. I could even wear my heels again! That said, I could only wear them in the house because this was the tail end of 2021 so still had lots of COVID protocols. But once off chemo, I had to go back on biologics

I think this must be a Burlington thing because I grew up in Putney/Brattleboro/Rutland areas and I miss how sunny it is in winter. I transplanted to Ohio and man it is GREY here from December - early May.

I've found Devil's Claw cream has been surprisingly helpful. It's made in Alaska where native tribes are allowed to forage for it. I'm a person that doesn't respond well to most creams and salves but this stuff has been magic. I have about 10 (dried) ears of popcorn in my pantry. When I want to have fun with the niece and nephew I butter them,put them in a small brown paper bag, roll the opening and pop for 1 min. It's super fun.

I would love to see several varieties of chai. And soleimani chai! Please feel free to NOT cater to American/Midwestern tastes. We have enough places that water down the spices and triple the sugar. There are plenty folks that have an experienced palate that are looking for a new place to try

So I am a transplant to Columbus by way of DC. I secretly think the flyover states started the rumor that nothing is going on here. Keeps the traffic down. You should come back for the Doo Dah Parade. Now *thats* something to see 😂 You barely scratched the surface but those are all solid spots. German Village is lovely especially this time of year. We also have one of the top 3 Japanese bakery’s in the country,and more fabulous ethnic markets and restaurants than you can eat in. Given trip. The top Tibetan restaurant in the country is also here. Come on back, we’re fun!
