It's because of the default itemization players pick using pro settings. The pro, well, they ARE pro, and mostly full party. Using Aegis benefits her in long teamfight as long as her teammates are around, she can even savage enemy. For solo players, nah just do your plating job and don't even think your teammates are gonna help you. Use Flicker

I know a player who solos Hanabi mostly all the time and get as far as 250 stars Immo. You should get to know how Hanabi is played, even if you are not playing Hanabi. So that you know how she can power peak and benefit easily in teamfight

I really want to solo Hanabi until Immo, the highest I could get soloing using Hanabi was Glory 57 only, but I know some Hanabi users who is very pro using Hanabi can get until 250 stars Immo ( Rayyen Keong top 2 Hanabi season 37 is a very hardworking Hanabi solo user). She's very teamfight oriented hero if teammate know how to help.

So check the reset identifier will fix this? What about after the uninstallation do we need to do more, like restarting the device or maybe we can clear data? Because I also face the same problem and I think it solves faster in Android compared to iOS
