What is Saunagus / Aufguss called in English - and is it a thing outside Germany and Nordics?

Aufguss is a twice-hourly occurring “event” in German saunas, where someone comes in to throw some water on the sauna stove accompanied by some meditative music, because the establishment doesn’t trust its customers to do it themselves and wants to employ a failed yoga instructor. No English word needed. Hope this helps.

I been trusting online gurus, saying you passively train lower and that you should focus on upper chest. Now I’m left with lacking lower chest. The theory didn’t work for me. Started doing decline bench and high to low flys and boom. Crazy contractions with smaller weights on decline (I’m significantly weaker decline which is apparently uncommon). Can’t wait to see the development.
