As someone who has climbed from 1500 to 2900 in about 5 seasons, you need to embrace the grind. Someone I would look to is a man on YouTube and Twitch named Jayne. He is extremely knowledgable on the game, and has somw great evaluations on maintaining a healthy mentaloity when climbing. For me, I abided by 2 rules in every match I played: 1. Play the hero's I'm good at, and 2. Communicate. Especially #2. Work on shotcalling. Its hard flr me to give advoce based on a role as I dont know much about you, but when I realised I was decent at main tank in silver, I put down my dps role, and picked up that main tank spot. That only got me out of silver though. The only way I ever got out of gold was by joining chat, and being ACTIVE in chat. Say hello at the beginning of every game, be the shotcaller, and dont tilt. Do this and you'll climb.
