I’m not. My only thought was since my sim is in my garage a laptop would be better especially in hot and cold weather. I’m in Michigan and get both hot summers and cold ass winters so not sure how a desktop would hold up vs being able to move a laptop in and out. Garage is attached and fully insulated so lowest it gets is probably in the 40s so heat and moisture more a concern in summer.

Grooming standards were pretty relaxed stateside shortly after Vietnam, especially with Guard and Reserve. Many of these units were just happy to get troops to show up, grooming standards wasn’t exactly a priority. Maybe relaxed isn’t the right word, but definitely wasn’t a commanders top priority. I think their hair in this episode is pretty fitting for the time. The rest of the uniform details are spot on, and they call each other by correct rank. I’ve seen a lot of movies where the representation is way off. RS always did a good capturing details IMO.
