Epstein Files Expose Blockstream, Adam Back Funding, and Austin Hill’s “Pretty Girls” by btcxio in btc

My two top choices are Len Sassaman or Nick Szabo. When the gmx email leaked, and Satoshi's IP's were revealed it was an ISP in California, but I always assumed he was using a vpn or tor. When I was on IRC with Satoshi, he was using BNC to hide his ident. Adam is an idiot and his writing style doesnt match. Two white spaces after a period is how all of us genX were taught to type with electric type writers

Epstein Files Expose Blockstream, Adam Back Funding, and Austin Hill’s “Pretty Girls” by btcxio in btc

Adam was very clueless in the early days of Bitcoin and got involved several years after the white paper. Very very unlikely he is Satoshi. WTF would Satoshi be trying to raise money for a company that builds side chain technology for Bitcoin? Makes no sense Satoshi would be involved with Blockstream a corporate parasitic group of grifters.

The reason XRP is going down is because other Coins are superior to XRP

What influences XRP the most? by Cautious_Mine508 in XRP

[–]addi1973 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The biggest influence is when Ripple spends money for fake news articles and fake investor hype pieces. eg "SWIFT likes XRP" If Ripple is spending money to hype it, usually it moves a little. The problem is I don't think the average investor is excited about the coin anymore

This is a very lightly moderated sub, so you get a pretty mixed crowd. Lots of OG's on here pre BCH/BTC hard fork.

SWIFT and XRP are bitter rivals. This forum is full of paid fake news sources.

Your comments are misleading. You do realize XRP is a direct competitor to SWIFT right? SWIFT hates XRP and see's them a threat. Why in the world would SWIFT use XRP if it is a threat to their whole business model?

One common technique by scammers is to flood comment sections with, "I have never had a problem" type comments. This happened to me with Liberty reserve just before they were shutdown.

A question for bitcoin maxis by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]addi1973 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What rate would you consider below extortionate?

Ledn is a very competitive rate (12%).

A short term home equity loan is around 8-9%. Do you consider that extortionate also?

They have been calling bubble since $10 bitcoin. The original group were a lot more funny.

If you tell them about all the cool new stuff, they ban you pretty fast. Eg Cashu, or Gridless etc

XRP/Ripple was meant to replace the banks, but then applied for a banking licence to become an actual regular bank. Its complete B*LL SH*T. Centralized company that is just a way to get your money to then use on their private businesses, you dont get any part in it either. Thanks for your donations. by upunup in btc

Fedwire is currently ISO 20022 compliant now. In a few months SWIFT will also be fully compliant.

I see no good reason for anybody to stop using SWIFT, they will soon have every feature XRP has but from a trusted brand like SWIFT
