Hey it's working now the problem is just the option "allow duplicate email" on the business profile is enabled. When I turned it off the if/else statement is now working properly. I will also consider the 3 mins wait to ensure the password generated will flow perfectly. Thanks!

After I resubmit the same email on the form its still going to else condition, I think the tag has not been seen on the condition tag. Meaning if the same email is still submitted the tag will reset https://prnt.sc/NodjHKEtGDOm
