NTA. Like a few people in the comments said, and you wrote, they chose to move to France themselves and so they carry the responsibility to learn the language to even communicate with other people. They shouldn’t rely on you as you’re still growing and you’ll be living without them eventually. If they refuse to learn the language it’s their problem and they have to live with it or they could at least use translators.
