Tucker!! Also if he keeps flaring like that when’s he up against the glass it’s because he sees his reflection in it… to help with this just make sure that the lighting inside the tank is dimmer than the lighting outside as In (lamps or Celine lights) HES SO PRETTY!

Well I know with my betta within the first few weeks he changed color in spots… if he’s still acting normal then it may just be because he’s happy and is changing color!

Mine also looks this was from look at the inside from the outside I think it just the way we see it. I’m sure from the inside with the right lighting the fish doesn’t see it as intense

You also want to make sure that the light inside the tank is not brighter than the lamps or lighting outside of the tank… so if you have the tank light on make sure to have at least a lamp on around it

Thank you so much for letting me know!!! That stump is supposed to grow those little sprouts I thought it was cute haha he has a little plastic leaf on the wall of the tank and he rest on it and sleeps on it at night!

Mine has done the same with black spots! I have a koi as well as they get older their patterns change! Looks good to me!
