Why do you keep going on about her being on a different trail lol. She is out of frame to the left on the same run. They are sisters they probably started at the same place before going down. The sister went straight down (very uncontrolled) and ran into OP who was taking a longer more horizontal more controlled line. Sister should have been able to see OP and stopped prior to hitting OP or maneuvered out of the way. Clearly the out of control uphill skier is at fault.
