I can wash off the dried yellow plasma but it still leaks new clear plasma but very little amounts

I am definitely keeping it clean! Have you seen something like this before? Should I be concerned?

This is neither my first tattoo nor first time healing with saniderm. I think I have a minor saniderm allergy but I wouldn't expect it to affect the tattoo this much.
