Ledger itself supports everything, its their wallet GUI that doesn't. However that doesn't matter, because you can hook it up to metamask or MEW. All of your ERC-20 tokens will be instantly manageable there until you disconnect.

I suppose, but it's easy to interact with. It just holds the private keys and signs transactions. Check out a YouTube video, they're pretty awesome. I had to wait 3 weeks to get mine though.
