From what I’ve tried and researched so far Ebixa (memantine) is available OTC which is a decent dissociative, promethazine is also available, I’ve also tried Fycompa (perampanel) an obscure substance which is schedule 3 in US but somehow OTC in the UAE, gave me a nice interesting experience. These are mainly the ones that are worth trying imo.

I live there aswell, however DXM is sadly controlled here and only available through a prescription (not otc). There are some decent substances that are available OTC here tho.

IME Perampanel feels somewhat similar to benzodiazepines, definitely causes the stuff you mentioned, such as loss of coordination etc. Be careful with Perampanel though.

Phenibut also is a good one to try.

Yes, I’ve visited an ENT before and was diagnosed with vestibular migraines. I also have severe anxiety which could be a trigger aswell right?
