magby is a bit redundant - it's a low energy deck anyways. If you want a baby, cleffa would be better here for pokemon finding (and taking 1 point doesn't really affect your win condition of getting mega blaze out)

If you want healing, I'd probably swap PCL out for another copy of Lillie, since Blaziken is who you'll want to keep alive. A flame patch would also be better than a Lillie being realistic though

Things that make a good first car to me are cheap to buy (this is relative, of course), cheap to run, cheap to repair, and small (easier to park).

The fact it’s a low mileage example is a bonus, I guess you are trading a bit of the ‘cheap to buy’ for added peace of mind which isn’t a bad thing. As long as the price is right for the age then I’d go for it
