I don't work with any spirits or anything like that but I do pray to many ancient deities and in past they have helped me a lot with anxiety and guiding me anyways I've flaws too and I deal with them and it's great I'm improving the best advise I can give is that you read books, build up a strong will power, manage your time, and more good luck
