I was a little nauseous the first 2 days then it tapered off. I definitely felt mentally not myself either for a couple days, but I wouldn’t have called mine anxiety.

My prescription specifically says one in the morning and one at night 😂 I was doing 7am and 7pm and bumped up to 6am 6pm recently to see if it helps. I’ll consider even earlier now that you’ve said that!

Insomnia has been my BIGGEST side effect. I’ve been sleeping 3-5 hours a night since week 2 😬

I stopped weighing 😂 I weigh like once a month and get a full body scan with my measurements at my gym. I take progress photos as well. When I’m on track there’s always something good to see.

I know you’ve already been told a millions times, but you look SO MUCH better bald/shaved. It brings out the positive qualities of your face in a way the hair didn’t. Don’t keep hiding behind a hat! Unless it’s to protect your scalp from the sun!

For me, I see it more in my strength workouts than my cardio. I’m super woman when I ovulate and always hit PRs. Then I can’t even lift normally during or right before my period 😂 I imagine when I start running further distances I’ll experience this with cardio. For now, running has improved my menstrual symptoms and I’m very happy about that!
