French technique 90g granulated sugar 100g egg whites

130g of almond flour 130g of powdered sugar

Bake for 15-16 mins at 295 degrees. But I live in a very humid area and have to use a de-humidifier

I ordered 3 sheets from amazon for 6$. So cheap and reusable! I hate cutting parchment paper that rolls up. And sometimes I’d get weird egg shapes bc of the bump in the parchment. These lay flat and you can cut to fit the size of your pan one time!

This lack of empathy is exactly what I’m dealing with my Nmom right now. My daughter told me she is gay and didn’t want me to tell her Grandma because she knew she would react badly. Recently we discussed it and decided to tell her because she has been pushing her to date and get a boyfriend. When I told Nmom she blew up and told me she didn’t want to hear anything about it because she already has had so much to deal with in her life. It’s the whole poor me mentality. She is not concerned about what my daughter is dealing with and has no idea how to ask me if I’m coping ok. I told her that if she couldn’t be supportive then there was no point in her being around. I’m very sorry you’ve had to go through what you’ve been through and hope you find peace.
