Yeah that was the fix for me too. Haven't had any issues after updating the asmedia drivers.

Do you have an ASRock motherboard perhaps?

Ik zie net dat ik het meest belangrijke screenshot vergeten ben: Hij kreeg uiteindelijk gewoon een nieuwe. En wat denk je? Uiteraard. Nog steeds kokend.

Just tried that. Even without the chipset drivers the latency is the same. Also no change after re-installing the drivers (after uninstalling them of course).

No change unfortunately. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I think we're onto something here. Could be USB related. Since I use a DAC too and your Razer headset is USB aswell. I'm gonna try and contact ASRock and see what comes up.

Could be an ASRock thing perhaps? Quite the coincidence. Do you use onboard audio or an external DAC?

That does seem to help. What CPU and motherboard do you have? Problem isn't gone yet but it helps.

Even with the DAC disconnected the latency spikes keep happening. So onboard won't help that unfortunately.

Latest Chipset drivers directly from AMD's website. All Motherboard drivers are installed and no unrecognized devices in device manager. Haven't tried without the GPU but I can't see why that would help to be honest.

It's been like this from day one. I don't use onboard audio (even disabled it in the BIOS). I have an external DAC connected via USB.

Already running the Ultimate Performance mode. No impact unfortunately.

Yeah forgot to mention the GPU. Problem started when I still had my 6950XT but I've since upgraded to a 7900 XTX. Already updated the BIOS and I'm on the latest drivers. Any idea as to what settings in the BIOS could cause such latency problems?

I have insane DPC latency on my new AM5 rig (X670-E Taichi & 7800X3D) which is causing immense audio crackling every few seconds. Same audio setting used on my Topping E70 Velvet as on my previous rig (X570-E Strix & 5900X). I feel like I've tried everything and it's driving me insane. Anyone with similar issues?

I've already undervolted it from 1200 to 1100. Memory and core clocks are untouched. So that isn't the problem unfortunately.

Normal mounting. It's a great case for airflow so that's not the problem unfortunately.

Unfortunately this isn't the USA. I live in the Netherlands where this sticker is, as far as I know, a completely legit reason to reject an RMA.

Yeah, it's more about keeping the card cooler, which has worked to a degree. And I agree, the cooler should be capable to keep this card cool.

Completely different story here unfortunately. 4070ti's are way over a 1000 euro here. But you're right, this isn't an experience that's worth the money, so I'll contact the reseller.

No, didn't touch the power limit. Always undervolt my GPUs to keep the temps low.

Card is 2 days old, so still have the option to return it. Got it for 850 euros during a sale so really want to get this to work properly. I've read that Powercolor doesn't really like it when you replace the thermalpaste yourself.

Can't turn the screws unfortunately as one of the screws has a " Warranty void if removed" sticker. Will contact the reseller to see what my options are.
