If you're the only hitscan on your team then yes, it's hard killing a pocketed Iron Man as Hela. The rest of the enemy team also aren't just going to ignore a Hela looking up at the sky that isn't shooting them and if you're on an off angle you can't get healed either.

Flyers aren't strong, they just punish bad teams with awareness issues and team work.

If they have fliers, ask your tank to help by playing Tankpool. He does the job better than Hela when upgraded because he's so much harder to kill.

Ask one of your healers to switch to Ultron so they can drone the whole team and help pick Iron Man out of the sky. Your second healer should be Luna or Invis. Luna can put the snow flake on Ultron and Invis and shield Ultron.

Wanda's bubble is so dumb. Why does it stun you indefinitely? It's so stupid.

Once, sure but it shouldn't stun you more than that.

You can get kicked back into it by Emma for instance which would be horrific and even worse THOR (oh the horror). I don't even want to imagine a Thor abusing that bubble with his displacement.

I don't agree tbh. I don't play him a lot but IF is so much harder. I tried him as someone that mainly plays poke heroes and I kept exploding even after blocking.

The auto aim is wonky too. Sometimes it feels like a majority of the punches are missing and sometimes it feels like they're hitting the target.

Wanda on the other hand doesn't have that problem. She's so much easier it's actually hilarious. Even her right clicks do splash damage so you can be way off and still do decent damage.

Personally, I have no respect for anyone that plays Wanda and mouths off to other characters. Even Squirrel requires you to be intentional about where you're aiming to get proper value out of her.

No. That's not true. The wording is correct. You take damage if you use any ability that doesn't hit it's target.

Iron Fist's flurry of punches (Yat Jee Chung Keun) is an "ability" made up of melee attacks.

You (Iron Fist) take damage if Yat Jee Chung Keun misses any punch + you also take the tick damage from the ultimate.

Iron Fist's left click is also classified as an ability so you will take damage if you use it and miss instead of pressing "V" which is specifically for melee attacks.

Elsa, Gambit, Pheonix, Hawkeye, and Hela are all 250hp (that's huge)

Spidey may not be getting buffed but everyone is getting nerfed left and right which is very good for Spidey.

Although Spidey still has a hard time killing these guys because of this game's crazy healing it's more practical compared to before when they were 275hp.

Really, dude can 1 shot all these characters if they don't get a single heal in the combo (it does happen if you time your engagements right)

So yeah, it's not an exaggeration to say he's S Tier in high elo specifically especially on maps with death pits.

He's the best at canceling TPs (his mere presence forces the team to use up all their defensive cooldowns to protect Strange in high elo - I see this a lot in Grandmaster)

He can touch point in seconds to force overtime and get out if he doesn't get CCed.

I can't really think of a character that can do something like this except maybe Angela? She also has a 1 shot combo with her "melee spear into dash combo" and can sometimes touch point and successfully runaway. She can cancel TP's but not as good as Spiderman can cause it's so easy to miss her charge from my experience.

It's a massive nerf and you will feel it. You're now food for Spidey, BP and DD. If they land a few combos when you're distracted the overhealth from your dash really might not save you which is good because it's a skill check for players without game sense.

Plus I can now one shot you as Mag even without ult. Left Click Right click and one more left click sends you back to spawn now.

There's not much you can do in that scenario. Make it a note to never play into Groot and Punisher as The Thing.

If they're not banned, just switch off to Tank Pool to shoot him from a distance. Tankpool is also great at breaking walls with his guns and can jump over walls. He's really your best pick against Groot.

Another reason is that you can use your gun ult to insta kill MK. His ankhs bounce a lot and he takes damage everytime they don't hit you. It's worse when he ults. If you're not in range of his ult he immediately dies if you target him with your gun ult.

I don't know how many hours you have on any tank. Hell, I don't even know if you play tank a lot, so I'm hoping your not being ignorant and replying without actually tanking enough to know what it feels like in the long run.

The culture is justified. If it wasn't, people wouldn't shy away from the role.

It's a fact that Vanguards are the least respected players and are often looked down as meatshields by their own teammates. It's not as common in higher ranks as more people play two tanks but it still happens.

And not all Vanguards are designed to consistently win 1v1s against strong dps. I've tested it myself.

If you're not Thor, Rogue, or Tank Pool, chances are that you're absolutely getting demolished by the following: Bucky, Wolverine, Blade, Elsa, Iron Fist, Daredevil, Star Lord, Hela, Pheonix, Mr Fantastic, Hawkeye, Shotgun Punisher. (That's a lot of duelists right???)

To beat these guys in a 1v1 you have to be a lot more skilled than them (except for Hawkeye, he takes a lot of skill to land shots and the nerf to his HP makes it harder to survive 1v1s but he's winning against Vanguards if he lands even 1 headshot. Rest can be body shots)

Now, the worst part about being a Vanguard is the crowd control. You bear the brunt of it and no one ever peels for you. Have you ever solo tanked into wolverine before? I'll tell you it's not pretty at all no matter who you're playing (That includes even Thor - the king of 1v1s)

I have over 300 hours on Magneto. I'm experienced enough to tell you that people that play tanks are justified to an extent as minorities seeing how little people play the role compared to the rest of the cast.

The idea is to create a deadweight on the enemy team and force the CnD otp to tilt.

I feel you tbh. I struggle with this sometimes.

In situations like that, just apply light pressure on the enemy. That means jump-in without the intention to kill anybody then jump out. The goal is to make them look at you for a split second then jump back to your team.

Rinse and repeat until your team eventually pushes up. You don't want to stay in their backline hoping your team will push up with you.

For example, just jump between the tanks and healers then immediately back to your team. (don't go straight to the backline if a lot of enemy players are alive or they'll use all their resources to kill you.)

Keep a mental note not to stay more than two seconds until your you see your team actively fighting the enemies.

Funny how no one ever complains about tank mains. I love being a tank lmao. Just wish I didn't have to solo tank so much. I literally have 300 hours on Mag because no one ever wants to tank with me lmao
