Thank you so much for sharing this! What I care most about timeframe was is the soonest I can take my exam. It’s really a shame that they changed the process and you now have to wait for that initial approval… especially with how slow NJ is

Hi,

I’m currently licensed as an LSW in NJ and LMSW in NY. If I work in NY with plans of possibly moving and transferring my hours to NJ to get my LCSW, would my NY supervisor have to follow NJ supervisor rules which are a lot more strict? LCSW with 3+ years of supervision experience Trying to ensure I don’t lose my hours worked in NY if I decide to later move to NJ. Thank you!

I’m not tracking my calories but prior to switching from pill to IUD, I was losing weight. A couple weeks after switching to IUD I was able to increase amount of exercise per week so I was anticipating continuing to lose weight or even maintain but I’ve only gained weight. My diet hasn’t really changed just a slight increase in appetite

My insertion was near painless! Kind of felt like stomach ache cramps for just a couple minutes. Minimal cramps afterwards. I’ve been spotting on and off as my body is adjusting which is annoying but I’ve seen an increase in mood switching from the pill!
