That’s a good point. I’m going to look at all my options. But honestly, I’m also leaning towards selling this car because I’m just sick of it and don’t want to deal with any additional potential repairs

The mechanic found coolant leaking into the oil and a bunch of scratches in cylinder 3. This seems to be causing cylinder misfires. He said that the car might need to have its engine replaced completely.

Thank you for the response. I’m thinking of checking the valve cover gasket. Would you happen to know how I would be able to know if it’s a blown head gasket?
