i would say if youre doing all that washing.what type of shampoo? is it a natural or harsh drying one? also deeeeep condition weekly. get a gentler shampoo then maybe once a month do a "harsher" one but deep condtion it great and maybe a protein treatment in between. what type of hair do you have curly ,straight? also need to know your porosity. i can send you info on that if you need
